Terms of service

Draft, version 2026-09-29, awaiting legal review. It describes how the service works today; the reviewed version will replace it before public sign-up opens.

1. What MyOwnReach is

MyOwnReach is software for sending email campaigns from mailboxes you own, warming those mailboxes up, and handling the replies. We provide the software. You send the email, from your own domains and mailbox accounts, and you are responsible for who you send it to and what it says.

2. Your account

  • One account per company. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login and your API keys.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for the business you sign up for.
  • You must follow the acceptable use policy. It is part of these terms.

3. Plans, payment and cancelling

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Prices are on the pricing page and include warm-up.
  • Each plan has limits (emails a month, contacts, mailboxes). We enforce them in the software; we do not charge overage.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing page. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace moves to the free plan. We do not refund part-periods, except where the law says we must.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe retries. If it keeps failing, the workspace moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
  • If you are a consumer in the UK you may cancel within 14 days of first subscribing for a refund of any unused part; by starting to send during that time you ask us to begin the service straight away.

4. Suspension

We can suspend sending for a workspace, without notice, if we reasonably believe it breaks the acceptable use policy, puts the shared warm-up pool or other customers' deliverability at risk, or is the subject of repeated spam complaints. A suspended workspace keeps its data and can still sign in. We will tell you why and how to have it lifted. For serious or repeated breaches we can close the account.

5. Your data

Your lead lists, messages and settings are yours. You can export lead lists at any time and delete your workspace. For personal data about the people you contact, you are the controller and we are your processor: see the privacy notice for the processing terms.

6. The warm-up pool

If you leave warm-up on and your workspace's pool setting is "shared", your mailboxes exchange automatically generated warm-up messages with other customers' mailboxes, and theirs with yours. The messages are machine-written, carry no marketing and are filtered out of your inbox view. Set the pool to "private" in Settings to warm only between your own mailboxes.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep the service running and your mail delivered, but deliverability depends on things we do not control (mailbox providers, spam filters, your lists and your copy). The service is provided as it is. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We will give 30 days' notice by email of any change to these terms that reduces your rights. The law of England and Wales applies.
